Go Ahead: Underestimate Me

There are a few reasons people tend to underestimate me at first glance - I'm short, (typically) blonde, female and still fairly young for my position. I've come to realize that it’s okay - great, in fact - to be underestimated. It's possible to learn more unexpected lessons in life from this stigma  than I'd have once wanted to admit.  This might not help self-promotion, but it sure does help me become better in my job and career. Don't let someone underestimating you get you down - it can be surprisingly motivating and a blessing in disguise. Bring it on.

I for one, have never underestimated E. Yarbrough.  She has always been a go getter with a low profile.  Watch out, here she comes!

Go Erin!
